If you wish, you can submit your order(s) by email or mail contact us by using this e-mail address customerservice@vita-stream.com or call toll free: 1-888-472-7771 extension #2.
When ordering by e-mail or by mail, please do not send any payment details initially. Once the order is received, a member of the Customer Service team will contact you and arrange payment by Money order. Money Order purchases are available only for the USA. Please make sure that you include your full name, product details and the amounts that you wish to order, mail address and telephone number(s) that you can be contacted by.
Please note that we do not accept any personal checks.
If you are unable to speak with a representative over the telephone, please leave a voicemail with the following details:
- Your name
- Contact telephone number
- E-mail address in case we can’t reach you by phone
- Mail address
- Product details and the amounts that you wish to order
- Information about your inquiry
