How long do I need to take the products before I see results?
With some Vita Stream products you will probably notice a difference almost immediately, but most supplements will be reintroducing lost vitamins and minerals and cannot be felt right away. Please be patient and consistent with taking your supplements.
I am having trouble swallowing some or all of these tablets or capsules, what should I do?
Separate your servings and take throughout the day or you can break, crush or grind your supplements so they are easier to ingest or can be mixed with liquids.
How can I keep my vitamin pills from getting caught in my throat?
Swish the pills around in your mouth with a liquid like juice before swallowing. That will help them go down easier. Also continue to take a few good sips of the liquid after swallowing the pill. This forces you to swallow more and pushes the pull down. If it is extremely difficult for you to take pills, then opt for a liquid vitamin.
Do I need to take these every day?
Yes, consistency is required to address in some cases, years of nutritional deficiency. Taking the supplements regularly on a daily basis will help ensure they work faster and will help you set a daily routine for taking your supplements.

We recommend that you continue to take your supplements on a regular basis to ensure you get the daily required servings your body needs to maintain proper health.
Should I take supplements with or without food?
Unless your practitioner tells you otherwise, you should take supplements with food. Supplements are usually absorbed better with food because that is when all your digestive juices are most active. Can you overdose on vitamins?
It's very hard to overdose on vitamins. You can't overdose in the same way you can overdose on drugs like cocaine or heroin, but that doesn't mean that more is always better when it comes to vitamins. Usually, if you take more vitamins than your body needs, the excess vitamins are excreted. Certain vitamins, such as vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, niacin and iron can damage the body if the dosage is too high.
Will taking vitamins reduce my stress levels?
No, vitamins alone cannot reduce stress (despite what the label on your supplement may claim). However, eating healthier and getting exercise can reduce stress. Vitamins can be a key part of a lifestyle change that will improve your stress levels.
Are vitamins ever dangerous?

Why do vitamins make my urine yellow?
When you take vitamins, the body doesn't absorb everything. It flushes out the excess vitamins in your urine. The dark yellow color is usually the result of excess vitamin B2 (riboflavin).
What is resveratrol?
A natural compound found in some plants, fruits, seeds, grapes, and grape-derived products such as red wine.
