Warning: This product is for external use only! This product should not be applied directly to the areas around the eyes or lips or inside the nose. It is important to avoid getting any of the cream into the eyes, nose, or mouth.

Limitation of Application Area: The total area of skin where Curaderm BEC5 can be applied to at any one time should not exceed 25 sq.cm (approx. 5 x 5 cm). For larger areas should be applied a section at a time.

Tolerance: Curaderm BEC5 is well-tolerated. The healthy skin surrounding the area may occasionally become reddened/irritated due to the salicylic acid, but soon resumes its normal color on cessation of application of Curaderm. Some pain may be experienced due to the salicylic acid content.

Storage instructions: Curaderm BEC5 tube is to be stored below 25°C (77°F), preferably in the refrigerator. After opening, the cream should be stored in the refrigerator.

How to apply:

Apply at least twice daily or as directed by a medical health professional.

Before each application of Curaderm BEC5 wash the area with water, and dry thoroughly. Apply antiseptic gel to the area, and rub in. This procedure ensures removal of dead cells which would otherwise form a barrier.

Apply an adequate layer yet not an excessive amount of Curaderm BEC5 to the affected areas only, avoiding the surrounding area. Cover with a simple dressing such as the micropore paper-tape provided with your order. Never allow the area to dry out.

Step 1: Preparation – Cleanse the area using an antiseptic solution such as Hibiclens Antiseptic skin cleanser and dry the area. Alternatively, use soap and water to clean the area.

Step 2: Application – Apply Curaderm BEC5 only to the original area avoiding the surrounding areas to reduce redness on the edges.

Step 3: Covering – Gently cover the area with a simple dressing such as a surgical paper tape (3M Micropore paper tape).

FAQ About Curaderm BEC5

Frequently Asked Questions

Disclaimer: Please note that only your own physician can determine your precise needs, but in order to give you some information these answers are based upon the ‘average person’ and clinical/ published results.

What is Curaderm-BEC5?
Curaderm-BEC5 is a topical product in a clear plastic bottle. Each product contains 20ml of formulated cream and 0.005% BEC.

(click to return to top of this page)

How often should I use Curaderm BEC5?
Curaderm-BEC5 should be used at least twice daily but may also be used up to ten times daily. Please speak to your doctor or healthcare provider for direction in more frequent applications. It is important to always cover the affected area with a dressing such as Micropore, which is a brand of paper tape. DO NOT allow the area to which cream is applied to dry out.

(click to return to top of this page)

How long should I perform applications of Curaderm BEC5?
You should apply the cream on the affected areas with Curaderm BEC5 twice a day until the area appears normal. On occasion it may be necessary to prolong regime. If in doubt, it is better to keep using the cream on the area for an extended period of time to prevent re-occurrence. It is important to ensure a regular application regime. Multiple skipped applications may result in the growth of normal skin over the top of the affected area. This can result in masking, and thus the incomplete healing.

(click to return to top of this page)

How should Curaderm BEC5 be stored?
It is recommended to store Curaderm BEC5 in a cool, dry place - preferably below the temperature of 25°C (77°F). After opening, the cream should be stored in the refrigerator.

(click to return to top of this page)

After opening the product, the cream was liquid. Does this affect the effectiveness of the product? Is the product permanently damaged as a result of high temperatures, or will it be fine after cooling it down in the refrigerator?
The Curaderm-BEC5 tube is not damaged but separated due to high temperatures.
It can be reconstituted back to its normal paste like form again and is still 100% effective!

To reconstitute your tube of Curaderm BEC5 back to its normal formulation, please follow the following 4 steps listed below:

Step 1: Place the tube of Curaderm BEC5 in a small pot of very hot water that is 140-158 degrees Fahrenheit (60-70 degrees Celsius) for approximately 5 minutes.
Step 2: Remove the tube of Curaderm BEC5 and shake it vigorously by hand. You will be able to hear the liquid when shaking the tube like it is water. Continues to shake until you stop hearing the aqueous solution shaking inside.
Step 3: Place the tube of Curaderm BEC5 into the freezer for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Then store the tube of Curaderm BEC5 in the refrigerator for use. The purpose of placing the Curaderm BEC5 into a pot of very hot water that is 140-158°F (60-70°C) is to fully separate all the ingredients completely before blending them back together into its normal formulation. Following these 4 steps will ensure that the ingredients in your tube of Curaderm BEC5 will be blended back together and the product will work 100% effectively as new. This should also return the CuradermBEC5 to a creamy consistency.

I'm planning on working outside or participating in water activities. What precautions should I take?
It is extremely important that, after you have applied Curaderm BEC5 to the area, that you cover the area with an occlusive dressing. The manufacturer recommends using micropore paper tape as an occlusive dressing. Micropore paper tape is necessary to prevent the area from drying out and forming a scab. Water are a great form of exercise, but it is extremely important that you do not get the dressing wet. If the dressing accidentally becomes wet or if it becomes detached before the next scheduled dosing, you should reapply new cream and a new dressing. In addition, the manufacturer recommends that you avoid sun exposure to the area where Curaderm is being applied. If you planning on working outside, we would recommend you put on a wide brimmed hat to avoid exposing your face to the sun. In addition, we would recommend you wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen on all areas of your face, neck, and other parts of your body that may be exposed to the sun.

(click to return to top of this page)

When is it OK to use skin lotions or creams like Tamanu oil on an area?
You should not use creams or lotions on the area you are applying Curaderm BEC5 to. Once you are no longer using Curaderm BEC5, you can use creams or lotions.

Suggestion for application of Micropore paper tape.
• Tape should be applied without tension to clean, dry skin.
• A clipper may be used to remove hair, if necessary.
• To protect at-risk skin, 3M™ Cavilon™ No Sting Barrier Film may be applied and when thoroughly dry, tape may be applied over it.
• In general, do not encircle a limb completely with tape. • If distention is anticipated, use a tape that stretches or a self-adherent wrap to secure the dressing or tubing

A. General taping

Apply the tape without tension, gently but firmly stroking the surface to maximize adhesion. Tape should extend at least one-half inch beyond the dressing. Tape should not be pulled or stretched when applied. If swelling does occur, loosen and re-fasten or replace tape to relieve the tension.

B. When compression is needed

1. Place first section of tape without tension onto skin on one side of the dressing, gently pressing downward.
2. With one hand, secure tape on one edge of the dressing while slightly stretching next section of tape over the dressing.
3. Secure tape on opposite edge of the dressing.
4. Press remaining tape onto skin without tension. Compression should come from the multiple layers of dressing material, not from excessive tension in the tape. Skin distention under tape may result in blistering and should be relieved as soon as possible.

What is the cream’s shelf life?
Curaderm BEC5 Cream has a shelf life of 5 years from the date of manufacturing that can be found on each tube.

(click to return to top of this page)

Why do I need micropore tape? Is it necessary for application?
While the micropore tape isn’t necessary for the applications it prevents the cream from drying out and ensures the best results possible. Without the micropore tape the number of daily applications of the cream should be increased to up to 10.

(click to return to top of this page)

What if I have sensitive skin and the tape provided is too sticky?
In cases when the provided surgical micropore tape is too sticky and the skin is sensitive it is generally recommended to try and remove the tape after each application under water for easier removal. Alternatively, one should consider switching to micropore tape for sensitive skin.

What antiseptic gel should I be using?
The manufacturer recommends using Hibiclens or an equivalent. It remains important to cleanse the area with antiseptic each time, before you reapply the cream.

(click to return to top of this page)

Should I keep the area covered from the sun?

In addition, we would recommend you wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen on all areas of your face, neck, and other parts of your body that may be exposed to the sun. Good Product - Booklet Needs Work

Posted by George on Jun 20th 2016

BEC-5 seems to work well. A significant BCC I have is now shrinking and healing at a rate consistent with the experience of others. <br><br>The booklet is good in places but woefully inadequate in others. Questions like when is it OK to stop treatment of an AK area, just what is an AK area, how much cream should be applied, what techniques can be used to apply the cream to inaccessible areas (middle of your back, spinal edge of shoulder blade, e.g.) if you don't have an "assistant", etc. are not well covered. I'm a thin, average height male; how a short overweight female handles "reach" problems is unclear.<br> <br>"See your dermatologist" is poor advice. If you're using BEC-5 you're probably not currently seeing a dermatologist because almost none of them are interested in BEC-5. The reality is that BEC-5 users are their own dermatologists. The professional ones are useless once they have made an initial diagnosis.

    Kills Skin Cancer!

Posted by Juliet Castille on Jun 13th 2016

I am very light skinned and when I was young, I burned every time I went into the sun! Now being older and wiser, I have skin cancer lesions on my face, back arms, and hands. I had one lesion on my forehead that would not go away! after using Curaderm for only 1 month, it is completely gone! And the spots on my face are lightening and eventually disappearing. I have bought more Curaderm to heal my back and my hands!

    It works!

Posted by Leslie Withers-Gray on Jun 13th 2016

This cream may have been expensive to buy but it was worth every penny. I used it on a spot on my chest and in 6 weeks everything is now cleared up and there is no scarring. I wondered if it was selectively going after just the pre-cancerous and cancerous cells, and it true. I tested it on other parts of my chest and face and nothing happened. I am grateful to have had access to this cream and will use it again if I have further issues.

    Was skeptical but it works

Posted by Sandra H on Jun 2nd 2016

My dad has a fair complexion and has had an increasing number of skin cancer tumors. Over the last year he has had 5 or 6 removed resulting in large incisions and stitches. When I viewed the truth about cancer videos a lot of the information in the videos made sense to me and was consistent with information I had read over the years, I was a little skeptical about an eggplant based cure for skin tumors. I ordered it just to see first hand if this was legit. My dad used it on a tumor that had previously been removed, but returned. Within 3 days the tumor began to "fester" and eventually the tumor was pushed out and a scab formed. There is a bit of a mark left after the whole process, but it is a lot less noticeable than the scars from surgery. He is on his second tube and new tumors still develop, but he is able to start the cream on them and he has not had to have surgery for the last 9 months. His dermatologist was skeptical at first, but told him to keep doing what he's doing

    BEC5 Curaderm

Posted by L Dixon on May 30th 2016

I have BCC on my nose and under my eye for over 18 months. Just before I started using Curaderm, my nose had BCC approx 1/3 of an inch in diameter and elevated approx 1/4 inch plus underneath the skin. And under my eye was a bit of a hard ball, similar size. I finally went to the Dermatologist and she asked me... "why did you wait so long to come and see me?" That was mid April 2016. She booked me a surgery for August 2 and i thought to myself... no worries, it will be gone by then! So I immediately ordered Curaderm and used it 2x per day, morning and night, as directed. Stings a little when putting it on and then the sting goes away after a minute or so. By May 20, 2016, it was completely gone, no scars, zipo, nothing on my nose - beautiful nose is back!! And under my eye... probably needs another 5 days or so and it will be the same. Love it! The BEST product!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Curaderm for Basel Cell Carcinoma and now my whole family is using it!

    It works!

Posted by Marianne on May 9th 2016

I used this on an SCC on my hand. I followed the protocol and completed the treatment in 9 weeks. My hand is healing nicely. Looks like it will be minimal to no scarring, after just stopping treatment a few days ago. Also used this cream on several AKs on my face, again following the book/booklet protocol. The areas look like they are healing nicely.. Smooth and only slightly pink after several weeks post treatment. The pink has been fading gradually. Very happy with the results! And WAY better than surgery!

    Curaderm Tooical Cream

Posted by Jennifer Hunt on May 3rd 2016

This product has really helped my skin cancers and they are disappearing, one by one. The main one on my little finger needs another lot of treatment. It's an excellent product and I strongly recommend it! I AM CONCERNED, as I ordered 2 more tubes at the beginning of April and they haven't arrived. Are you able to track them for me as I am waiting to use them plus it's quite a lot of money to lose. Thank you, Jennifer Hunt.

    Wonderful product

Posted by Alan on May 3rd 2016

I used this product on 3 small basal cell carcinomas between 3-9 months ago (I only did 1 at a time). It hurt more than I expected when buying the product, but I'm still glad I did this instead of conventional surgery. Everything has healed up very well since then. The 1 bottle I purchased was enough to treat all 3 lesions and have some to spare! I recommend this product to anyone with basal cell carcinomas that is wanting to avoid surgery for whatever reason.

    Thank goodness

Posted by B. Wallace on Apr 22nd 2016

As an EMS worker I was trained in traditional medical interventions. Nothing comes close to the way this cream causes apoptosis of BCC and SCC. I had one spot on my nose that has completely been replaced by healthy tissue. There was another spot nearby that I didn't know about and now it is almost replaced with healthy tissue. Most amazing stuff. I even like how it stings a little, it kind of indicates to me that it's still working on the cancer cells. The booklet that comes with it is an education in itself. I'm surprised how little of it is needed. Will definitely purchase again.

    For sun/liver spots

Posted by HP on Apr 15th 2016

I wasn't able to find any information for treating simple sun pigment spots before purchasing, but trusted it would work. I wasn't disappointed. It only takes a few days of application before the spot gets darker and scabs over. (Use with cloth tape as directed). Next the scab heals and drops off, leaving a pink spot. After a month that mark has faded away significantly. Next I treated a large actinic keratosis on my forehead (3 times per day). Applied on Monday night, by Wednesday night it was gone! Then the usual scab formed. Now a month later, it is just a pale pink spot rapidly fading away. This stuff is amazing!

    Is Helping

Posted by Jo Jones on Apr 14th 2016

I bought this product to use on a small, persistent spot on the bridge of my nose which I assume is actinic keratosis. I have not had that confirmed by a dermatologist but have had it for over a year. My husband does have several spots of actinic keratosis which have been diagnosed but he wanted to try something less toxic than the meds prescribed by his doctor. Both of us are extremely satisfied with the results thus far after using Curaderm for about a month. My lesion is all but gone as is one of his. The other ones he is treating have decreased in size. So far so good.

    Curaderm bec5

Posted by Lori Kavulish on Apr 12th 2016

I was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma. I am so glad I found this great product. I started with a small legion near my eye the size of a pimple witch grew to approximately inch and a half during the 9 month process. It was rather painful at times, and very unsightly. Everyone asked about the bandage. I was happy to share my experience with all. Now I am free of my basal cell carcinoma for a year now. I do have a tiny scar that I love. When I think of the surgical option so many people go through because they dont know about natural options it makes me sad. Some times modern medicine needs to go back to basics. Natural remedies do work! I work in a hospital. Nurses thought I was crazy. Warned me not to use curaderm. They feared infection. They are all amazed with the results. Go to you tube to view videos of this wonderful product. Seeing is believing.

    Curaderm...wow

Posted by Jay Haines on Apr 8th 2016

I used Curaderm on a spot on my leg that was biopsied and confirmed as a BCC. My dermo wanted me to either use the topical chemo Aldara (which has terrible side effects) or have it cut out. I decided to take things into my own hands and try Curaderm. After 5 weeks it stopped erupting and I had no sign of the BCC! I will go to get another biopsy to make sure but it seems to have done the trick! Very little discomfort and all I can say is "wow!" One less scar for me! Now I am treating a little spot on my nose which has become a bigger spot since using the Curaderm. It's a little scary since I only have one nose and it looks really bad right now but I'm confident that this will kill the cancer and it won't need to be cut out. If only a US doc would see the light and realize that there is a better way to treat precancerous spots. But they make a lot of money stitching people up and the products they use are all they are trained to administer.

    My Experience with Curaderm

Posted by Judith A Jackson on Apr 3rd 2016

I put it on 2x per day morning and evening for 2 months and it did work quite well - there was a fairly large yellow scab formed (the dead cancer cells) and it fell off in the shower for me with nice pink tissue underneath - no bleeding or discharge at all. So I continued with it and at times my skin was burning and turned reddish but after that I stopped completely for a few weeks and the redness disappeared it was almost all gone there was one small bump left so I have started again with the cream in the mornings with the paper tape but my arm feels quite normal and so far I am very happy with your formula. As I am on pension I can only afford the 2 tubes that I got from you but I make one tube stretch for a few months so I am good now for April and May if need be. It sure is better than having surgery and relieves my mind alot. They would also have had to do plastic surgery afterwards as well on top of it and I want to avoid all of that. I am so grateful to discover this cream

    Curaderm BEC5

Posted by Lanaiya King on Mar 30th 2016

There are so many cancer cures, natural healing protocols and products out there but we don't see them because of big pharma getting in the way. I am so very grateful that I found this product because it has totally healed my skin conditions that I was so worried about for a few years. Even though I have insurance, I have not gone in to get these squamous lesions burned or cut out because I did not want to be scarred or go through a painful process that I was not sure would 'get it all'. After 2 months use of Curaderm BEC5 those worrisome spots on my face and 2 on my legs are ALL GONE. Thank you for this powerfully effective product and it's naturally healing qualities. I have recommended it to many of my friends. You totally owe it to yourself to try this FIRST before doing anything else. IT WORKS.
